Effective classroom behavior
Classroom behavior is very important for establishing healthy human relations in a child and for building exemplary citizenship. The process of classroom learning is a bipolar process. There is a teacher on one side and a student on the other. Verbal-non-verbal interactions are born between the two during a period of 35 to 40 minutes. Classroom climate is formed from all these classroom events. A true understanding of life and education is imparted by the teacher to the students through classroom practice. Effective feedback and providing learning experiences in a free environment make classroom behavior effective.

This metaphor needs to be applied to the student's intellect. The intellectual character of our students is at first inverted. There is no milk of knowledge in it. It is said that there is no understanding. We teach them a lot, they read a lot, write a lot but everything is like pouring milk on an upside down vessel. Despite spending time, money and energy, students remain where they are in terms of knowledge. Some students may have straight intelligence. They understand when the teacher explains but then everything drifts away. It goes in through one ear and comes out through the other. Some students have imagination, but their intellectual character is very small. So it contains some knowledge. A little more and it all goes over the top.
Professor Ned Flanders of Michigan State University has given the following 10 elements of classroom behavior for education.
Class-action parts
• Teacher-student interaction
• Student-student interaction
• Student Content Transactions
1. Emotion-Acceptance: Be politely accepting of students' emotions, teaching them in an appropriate manner whether these emotions are positive or negative or happy or sad.
2. Praise or Encouragement: Praising the work of the students to increase the involvement of the students in the entire learning process. Students should be encouraged in the classroom by using verbal and non-verbal positivity.
3. Acknowledgment or use of student ideas: The teacher should accept the ideas presented by the students and make them clearer and richer.
4. Asking questions: The teacher should frequently ask questions about the content to keep the students active.
5. Lecture or lecture: To explain the concepts, matters, rules, truths of the subject, the teacher gives opinions, presents ideas and gives examples to clarify the subject.
6. Giving instructions: The teacher gives instructions, orders or commands to the students in the class.
7. Criticizing or Establishing Authority: This is the collective act of criticizing unaccepted values of student behavior and leading it to accepted values. A teacher teases a student so he is motivated to participate in class-action.
8. Student Answer: The student answers the questions asked by the teacher. During the classroom teaching, the teacher asks questions, the student answers.
9. Student initiative : While presenting the skill development in the class the student should take the initiative to present an issue. Students wanted to speak when asked. Or if they wanted to speak, this component is considered used.
10. A state of silence or confusion : The teacher sometimes purposefully pauses during class teaching, the duration of which is not clearly understood by the students.
• Encouragement or praise - On air: Verbal – non-verbal improvement skills (microteaching – slide)
• Asking questions – On air : Questioning fluency skills (Microteaching – Swalide)
